1 (9 ounce) package chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed (21/3 cups)
2 cups finely chopped almonds
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup light corn syrup
Mix crushed cookies, almonds and 2 cups powdered sugar in large bowl. Stir in bourbon and corn syrup. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 5 days to blend flavors.
